The Big Country Bureau of the WTPRS is located in Abilene,
Texas. It is under the administration of Cliff Owen. Basically the Big Country Bureau's geographical
coverage extends from Snyder to San Angelo, and Colorado City to Ranger. It's activities are conducted as a part of
the WTPRS activities.
